Chicago. Danish language poster for the production of Chicago at the Aarhus Teater, Aarhus, Denmark, 1976-77. Tony Walton designed the poster, as well as the sets for Chicago. 34 1/2" x 23 3/8". Sealed in plastic with foam board, vertical and horizontal creases visible, minor creases along edges and to corners. Chicago poster originally created by Tony Walton for the Broadway production of Chicago, 46th Street Theatre, 1975-1977; and subsequent touring productions. Tony Walton designed the sets and the poster for the show. He was nominated for the Tony Award for Best Scenic Design in 1976 for his work on the production.
