Condition report:
The suite is in weathered condition consistent with outdoor exposure. The stone tabletop insert shows several cracks extending across the surface. One chair leg displays a vertical gouge and splintering measuring. Organic growth and moisture staining are present on the lower portions of the legs and back slats of the chairs. The teak wood has a uniform silver-grey weathered patina throughout. Upholstered cushions exhibit minor signs of outdoor use but are otherwise intact.
