USPAP contains standards for all types of appraisal services, including real estate, personal property, business, and mass appraisal.

APPRAISAL STAFF
Our appraisers are USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) compliant. Our appraisers comply with the code of ethics of the Appraisers Association of America and are highly regarded in the industry. Our team has generalists, as well as specialist in household goods, furniture, fine art, jewelry, silver, decorative objects, and collectibles.
APPRAISAL FEES
Our competitive appraisal fees are based on either an hourly or daily rate. A proposal based on the scope of the work will be furnished after an onsite visit.
AUCTION ESTIMATES
If you are considering consigning with Willow Auction House, we provide free auction estimates without a formal written appraisal for items you are interested in consigning.
APPRAISAL REPORTS
Our staff will provide an IRS Compliant report which can include either a single object or the contents of an entire estate. All appraisal reports include a photograph of each object, a detailed description and an estimated value. Recent comparables are included for any objects of substantial value.
Appraisal Reports are delivered in electronic formats in a timely manner.
