Autograph Memorial Edition De Luxe, signed by Andrew Green, from the edition of 250, numbered CXCIII and printed for Henry Neville Tifft. Illustrated with 1000 engravings of New York. Leather bound. 14 1/2"L x 11 1/4"W. Small tear to bottom edge of half title page, some discoloration to edges of pages.
