About Willow Auction House - About Us
Jason and Jill Iorio

About Willow Auction House – Owned by Jason and Jill Iorio, who have an extensive history in the move management & downsizing industry spanning 20+ years. The addition of the auction component to their business was a natural progression of their vision to provide clients with a comprehensive range of services. The auction platform enables buyers to connect with sellers for consignment.

Willow Auction House has successfully managed the downsizing of well-known estates. Most recently, The Estate of John Steinbeck & The Estate of Louis Pierre Ledoux, an Anthropologist who worked with Margaret Mead in Papua New Guinea. The team has garnered national recognition through their appearances on HGTV’s “Cash in the Attic” & Legacy List on PBS with Matt Paxton, where they showcased their expertise in downsizing and monetizing their clients’ belongings.

We host monthly Uncurated Auctions. On a quarterly basis we offer Curated auctions for seasoned collectors. We even host specialty auctions throughout the year. These specialty auctions may feature objects from well-known estates or specific types of objects such as comic books or natural history.

We take great care in understanding our consignors and the stories behind their collections or estate. This attention to detail and personal touch ensures that consignors receive the best possible experience and results. Contact Willow Auction House for all your consignment needs.

STEINBECK AUCTION

CURATED ESTATES HAD THE HONOR

Jason and Jill were honored to auction the estate of John Steinbeck.  This special collection included the personal memorabilia of John and Elaine Steinbeck. John Steinbeck is one of America’s greatest storytellers. His work has garnered him The Pulitzer Prize, The National Book Award and The Nobel Prize. Elaine Steinbeck was a tour de force in John’s life accompanying him around the globe on travels. Elaine was notable in her own right as one of Broadway’s first female stage managers. This auction goes through John’s life from childhood to eighteen years of John and Elaine’s marriage to Elaine’s life after John’s passing. These important objects and ephemera have been in storage for almost 20 years and are being offered to the public for the first time.
