A written appraisal is necessary for Estate Tax, Equitable Distribution, Insurance Scheduling, Asset Management, Damage/Loss, Donation Tax, and Marital Dissolution purposes.
After an onsite visit, we provide a proposal for competitive appraisal fees based on the scope of work, either hourly or daily.
We offer free auction estimates for items you want to consign with Willow Auction House, without requiring a formal written appraisal.
We offer IRS-compliant appraisal reports for single objects or entire estates, including a photo, detailed description, estimated value, and recent comparables, in a timely electronic format.
Our team of appraisers includes generalists and specialists in furniture, fine art, jewelry, silver, and collectibles, who adhere to the USPAP and AAA code of ethics.
