Verbal Appraisals

A verbal appraisal can help you understand the value and nature of your objects without committing to a formal appraisal.

Written Appraisals

A written appraisal is necessary for Estate Tax, Equitable Distribution, Insurance Scheduling, Asset Management, Damage/Loss, Donation Tax, and Marital Dissolution purposes.

Appraisal Fees

After an onsite visit, we provide a proposal for competitive appraisal fees based on the scope of work, either hourly or daily.

Appraisal Estimates

We offer free auction estimates for items you want to consign with Willow Auction House, without requiring a formal written appraisal.

Appraisal Reports

We offer IRS-compliant appraisal reports for single objects or entire estates, including a photo, detailed description, estimated value, and recent comparables, in a timely electronic format.
