HOW TO BID IN AUCTION

How to bid in auction – Our auctions go online for 3-4 weeks before the auction date. They are available on auction platforms including our website, Hibid.com, liveauctioneers.cominvaluable.combidsquare.com, and bidspirit.com.

The bidding opens when the auction goes online. Bidders must register on their preferred bidding platform and agree to the auction terms and conditions. Bidders can also register directly with us for absentee bidding (leaving their highest bid amount) or telephone bidding (live bidding over the phone).

Bidding for items continues until live auction start date. When the auction begins, each lot is presented in numerical order by the auctioneer. Bids from all bidding platforms, absentee, and phone are presented to the auctioneer lot by lot.

Lots will close with the highest bidder from each of online platforms and absentee and telephone bids. Bids are accepted at the auctioneer’s discretion.

Winning bidders will be emailed an invoice within 24 hours of the auction’s conclusion. Payment is expected within 7 days of auction date.
