Trumeau mirror. Gilt painted frame, oil on canvas with a sailing ship in a Continental harbor scene above mirror. Unsigned. Overall, 54 1/2" x 27", painting 31 3/4" x 23", mirror 17" x 23". Chips and losses to gilt frame and gesso inner border, upper and lower left corners of frame separating, horizontal slat between mirror and painting detached (piece present), some scratches to mirror and chips to exposed top edge, painting relined and with crazing and repairs throughout.
