2 Sumida ware Japanese pottery vases / baskets. Larger white and brown glazed handle, white glazed base red paint decorated body and applied decoration of 3 children playing and one child on rim, 8 1/2"H x 7 1/4"W; smaller with brown glazed handle, red-orange paint decorated body and children playing, 6 7/8"H. Both unsigned. Both with losses to paint decoration, larger with repairs and restorations to figures and repair to handle.
