Hilda Belcher (American, 1881-1963). Watercolor on paper portrait of a girl, Jane Colburn Belcher. Signed, dated 1916 and inscribed "to SRB" lower right, titled on verso and with Martha Richardson Fine Art label with info on verso. 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" (with frame 13 3/4" x 10 1/2"). Minor losses to paper upper right and upper left corners.
