Charles (St. Louis, MO, 1907-1978) and Ray (Sacramento, CA, 1912-1988) Eames for Herman Miller. Soft Pad Series office chair. American, April 21st, 1987. Cast aluminum frame, height adjustment mechanism, brown leather seating. Chair is stamped "APRIL 21ST 1987" on underside. Herman Miller printed label on underside of chair. Heavy fading to ink of label. Seat is removable from base. Heavy tears, scratches, and wrinkling to leather. Marks and scratches throughout aluminum frame. 32" H x 22" L x 21" W
