Danish Modern wool rug or "rya" by Hammer Taepper. Danish, Mid 20th century. Large blue and block floral medallion against blue and white field. Hammer Taepper tag on underside of one corner. Wear and slight warping throughout. Stains to rug near center of medallion. Small loss to wool near one corner. Visible water damage on underside of rug against one side.
