Japanese Meiji style lacquer Jubako food box. 4 tiers, black lacquer, gilt floral decoration, gilt lacquer interior with decoration and red three character mark on the interior of the lid, red marks on the underside of each tier. 7 1/8"W x 7 1/8"D x 9 1/2"H. Chips and cracks to the lacquer on the corners of the bottom tier, some chipping to the lacquer at the corners of each tier, minor losses to gilt decoration on the rim of each tier.
