Signed lower right Edward Dufner, with Salmagundi Club exhibition label with title and info on verso, and with additional Sotheby’s and Doyle labels on verso. 7 1/2" x 9 5/8" (with frame 14 3/4" x 16 3/4"). Vertical repair through center from above figure’s head and along right side of tree; chips and losses to frame. Provenance: Estate of Princess Maria "Mimi" Romanoff.
