George Cruikshank (British, 1792-1878). Book of 26 lithographs "This sketch is intended as a sort of title page to the twenty-five water-colour drawings by me George Cruikshank illustrating Oliver Twist". Each signed in the plate and titled in pencil in the lower margin. Additional notation written in pencil on the cover image. Each sheet 11" x 7 3/4" including binding. Binding separated and pages all loose, pages all with foxing and toning, creasing to corners and along edges.
