Description
Tomy Robo Strux “Terox” motorized robot construct system, model number 5251. This unassembled model kit represents a large dinosaur-like robot and was part of the North American localization of the Japanese Zoids line by Tomy in the mid-1980s. The kit features the brand’s signature “twist-bolt” construction method and is designed for motorized movement. Not tested. The kit is accompanied by its original illustrated cardboard box and the original instruction manual. Box size 12″ H x 20″ W x 4.25″ D.
Condition report:
The kit appears largely complete with internal components still housed in their original plastic bags. The original cardboard box shows moderate shelf wear, scuffing, and minor damage to the corners and edges. The instruction booklet is present and intact. The working condition of the motorized unit has not been tested and is not guaranteed; the unit requires two AA and two C batteries (not included).
