Joseph Pennell (American, 1857-1926). Etching, Carpenters Hall Philadelphia. Signed in the plate lower right, pencil signed lower center. 24 1/2″ x 18 1/2″ sight size, 27″ x 20 1/2″ with frame.

Condition report:
Prominent water staining is visible across the entire lower margin of the paper. There is general discoloration and toning of the paper support throughout the composition. The black wooden frame shows minor surface wear and scuffing.
