Description
A pair of large Neoclassical style triple dressers. Each unit features a six-drawer configuration arranged in two vertical columns. The cases are finished in a sage green painted finish with intentional distressing. The upper facade of each piece is decorated with a deep-relief carved valance showing draped swags in burgundy with gold-toned fringe. Architectural design elements include fluted corner pilasters, recessed panel sides, and a molded plinth base. The drawers are fitted with circular, weathered bronze-tone ring pulls. Each dresser is provided with a custom-fit glass top for surface protection. 31″ H x 73″ W x 23″ D. This lot is located offsite in Rumson, New Jersey and will be available for PICKUP ONLY. Condition report:
The pair is in good condition with intentional distressing to the paint. One glass top exhibits a significant chip on the front edge. A gap is visible at the center join of the carved drapery trim on one unit. One drawer sits slightly proud of the case. General minor scuffing, edge wear, and small paint losses are present throughout consistent with residential use.
