Published by Verlag Ullstein in Berlin and Frankfurt am Main, 1995. The work was translated from the original American edition by Veronika Dünninger. 8 1/4" H x 5 1/4" W x 1 1/2" D.

Condition report:
The dust jacket shows minor shelf wear to the reverse. The binding is tight and the corners remain square. The interior pages are clean and devoid of foxing or inscriptions.
