Ritchie for M. Rupp Co., NY nautical wet compass, in wooden case. Compass 10 1/2"-diameter, case and base 14 3/4" x 14 3/4" x 9 1/4"H. Wear and oxidation to compass; chips, scratches and losses to case, latches on case bent and lid does not fit snugly. Later rubber lining on interior of lid deteriorating and clips to hold glass replaced.
