A Shabka headdress worn by Bedouin women of Oman. It was worn for special occasions. Goat skin headdress with silver beads and appliques, attached is a ornate metal necklace with coral beads. Some appliques are missing or detached. Silver tested. 15 1/2" L x 15" W, measurements taken when laid flat.
