After John James Audubon (American, New York, 1785-1851) and Robert Havell, Jr. (English / American, New York, 1793-1878), engraver. 2 ornithological prints for the Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co., 1948. Pileated Woodpecker and Carolina Parrot, both originally from Audubon’s Birds of America. Each 18 1/4" x 14" (with frames 28 3/4" x 22 3/4"). Discoloration and waviness to paper on both, crease across top of Pileated Woodpecker.
