Victor Rousseau (Belgian, 1865-1954) white metal sculpture, Le Devoir. Signed Rousseau, inscription to the front La Frontiere. Metal plaque with title to base. 30 1/2" H (from base to top of figure). Scuffing to face and neck, oxidation to the body. Soldering marks to both arms and back of tunic.
