A small envelope from the Mayflower Hotel in Washington DC. On front in pen "Judge Edwin L Garvin Room 707. From Mrs. Good". On verso time stamped "Jan 19 11:00 PM". Rip to the envelope. Inside a smaller envelope matching the large envelope from Congress. Inside that smaller envelope a ticket to the Inauguration Ceremonies stamped by the Sergeant at Arms of the U.S. Senate Chesley W.
