Buddhist Thangka (or thangka, tangka, thanka) in the form of a Mandala, gouache on cloth. Central image of Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara. 33 1/2" x 28" (with frame: 38 3/8" x 33"). Cloth stapled to board. Crease to center of cloth. Wear to paint to upper center and lower left. Loss to gilt paint throughout.
