Albrecht Durer (German, 1471-1528). Later 19th Century engraving from the original copper plate. Engraving depicting Adam and Eve surrounded by a menagerie of animals in the Garden of Eden, Eve being tempted by the serpent. Signed and dated in the upper left "1504" with Durer’s monogram and an inscription. Wear and loss to gilt around frame.
