Manhattan DPW manhole cover sculpture. American, February 2nd, 1999. Wood and composite, bronzing patina, paint. Inscription on back of sculpture states: "To Spencer, thanks for all of your help." Signed "Mike Mills". Dated 2/20/99, numbered #2. Scratches on back around mounting hole, some staining and wear around edge of manhole.
