Regency style metamorphic library chair and ladder. 20th century. Scrolled and reeded arms, leather cushioning, saber legs. Converts into step ladder with inset leather steps. Scratches and marks to front of seat, small scratches and pitting to legs. Cracking to wood between lower right arm and back, extending down right side.
