Smith, Elder, & Company, London; printed by Bradbury & Evans, London. Brown cloth boards, in brown cloth cases and brown cloth and leather faux book slipcase with gilt lettering. Katharine de Berkeley Parsons bookplates front pastedowns. 16 pages advertising at the rear of volume 3. Label with Sotheby’s sale and lot numbers on slipcase.
Corners bumped and fraying, spines worn, wear and losses to paper labels on spines, wear to edges, bindings loose; losses and wear to leather on slipcase, shelf wear to slipcase.
