In green cloth case and green cloth and brown leather faux book slipcase. Graingerized with 4 tipped in autographed letters from the subject of each section of the book (Cardinal Manning, Florence Nightingale, Dr. Arnold, General Gordon). Book 5 7/8" x 9".

Book some wear to cover, edges, corners and spine, corners bumped, pencil notations front pastedown; some wear to slipcase and losses to leather, label with Sotheby’s lot number and sale number on front of slipcase, corners bumped on slipcase and green cloth case; 1 section of Dr. Arnold letter detached (piece present), some minor foxing to letters.
