The Cricket on the Hearth. A Fairy Tale of Home. First edition, 1841. Bradbury and Evans, London; printed by Bradbury and Evans, London. Red cloth boards, gilt edges, gilt lettering. Corners bumped and fraying, fraying and wear to spine, binding loose, some wear to edges, notations in pencil front endpaper.

Corners bumped and fraying, wear and fraying to spine, losses to cloth on spine, foxing to first leaves through title page.
