Approximately 12 1/4" x 8 1/4" (with frame 16 1/4" x 12 1/4").
Minor tears, creases and discoloration throughout.
Cornelius Steenwyk (Netherlands, 1626-1684) was the 4th mayor of New York City (1668-1670) and the 14th mayor of New York City (1682-1684).
