Hermann Ottomar Herzog (German / American, Philadelphia, 1831-1952). Oil on canvas Moonlight Harbor Scene. Signed lower left H. Herzog. 15 1/2" x 21 1/2" (with frame 22" x 28"). Repair to center of sky, crazing throughout, discoloration and drips in sky; chips, cracks and paint loss to gilt frame.
