Bill Ballantine (American, 1910-1999). Pen and ink drawing monkey and clown. Signed lower left. 11" x 16" (with frame 15" x 20 1/4"). Waviness to paper, some mat burn around edges of image, discoloration in clown’s shoelace and monkey’s ball.
