Peter Robert Keil (German, 1942-). Oil on canvas clowns. Signed center right and dated 72. 23 1/2" x 35 1/2" (with frame 27" x 39"). Crazing upper left, and across top and right side, crazing through red in center; losses to gilt decoration on frame.
