Venice, a view from the Grand Canal looking North East from Palazzo Balibi Towards Rialto Bridge. Oil on Canvas with varnish. 10 5/8" x 15 1/8". The composition is based on Canaletto’s original in the Accademia Carrara in a Florentine frame. Appears unsigned. No obvious signs of repairs or restoration, crazing throughout. Signed "Canal Grande da Palazzo Balbi". Some chips and cracks in frame.
