Praski Vitti (USSR, 1936-). Metal and enamel Russian or Chuvash folk art plaque. Signed and with additional info in Cyrillic on verso. Plaque 11 3/4" x 7 3/4" (with frame 17 1/4" x 12"). Chips and minor losses to enamel along left edge of plaque.
