Oil on canvas houses in winter landscape. Unsigned. 8 3/4" x 12" (with frame 11 5/8" x 15"). Paint loss along edges and rubbing from frame, scratches and crazing throughout, some warping to canvas, small repair in sky upper left; chips and losses to frame.
