Danish Modern style dresser attributed to the Lane Furniture company. 20th century. Walnut, tapered dowel legs, door concealing five drawers. A valet tray marked "MISSION CRAFTED IN CALIF." with crown symbol is provided with chest of drawers. "SELBY NEW YORK" marked on drawer slide. No other apparent maker’s marks or labels on chest. Light scratches and wear to top of chest. Nicks, and scuffs to wood left and right sides of chest. Scuffs and chips to wood on feet of chest. Scuffs, scratches and marks to valet tray. Chest of drawers: 47 3/4" W x 21 1/8" D x 48" H. Valet tray: 11 1/2" W x 7 1/8" D x 2" H.
