French Provincial chest of drawers. 18th century. Serpentine form, bronze pulls and escutcheons, incised and carved sides. Refinishing throughout entire chest. Staining, scratches, scuffs, and wear throughout wood on top of chest. Chips and loss to wood on top molding on center of chest. Large loss to wood on top right corner of second drawer. Long split to wood on left side of chest. Chips on losses to wood on feet of chest. Split and crack to wood on bottom right corner on lowest drawer and on bottom left corner on second drawer. Drawer pulls are slightly loose. Second and third drawers do not close completely flush. Repairs to wood on center of apron and corners of drawer fronts.51" W x 23 1/8" D x 38 1/4" H. 150 lbs.
