Lot 179:
Pair of marked Sevres French porcelain trinket boxes. Hand painted, with portraits of Napoleon and Josephine and enamel decoration on the lids, gilt mounts. Both marked on the underside M. RLe de Sevres with a fleur-de-lys below. Napoleon box 1 3/4"H x 2 7/8"-diameter, Josephine 1 1/4"H x 2 7/8"-diameter. Scratches and losses to gilt painting on both lids, minor losses and discoloration to enamel on both lids.
