L. Horowitz (1839-1917). 19th century oil on canvas, portrait of a girl. Signed and dated upper right Horowitz 89. 17" x 11 1/2" (with frame 25 1/2" x 20 1/2"). Inpainting to face and to hair at left of face, paint loss to edge; chips and losses to frame.
