Hand painted double image fan. Lovers talking across a wall, with the same scene from the other side on verso. Gauze insertions, sequin and mother-of-pearl decoration, carved and painted mother-of-pearl guards and sticks. Center scene signed Siera. Attributed to Duvelleroy but unsigned. Fan approximately 7"H x 14"W open. Minor losses and creases at pleats, tears to gauze at pleats.
