Victorian Renaissance Revival carved cabinet in the style of Herter Brothers. 19th century. Oak with carvings of cherubs and lion’s heads, carved drawer and door, leaded stained glass door. One wooden shelf in bottom section, two glass shelves on top. Fitted with later illumination. Key is included. Scuffs and scratches to glass on door. Splits and wear to wood on carved molding on top left side of cabinet. Losses to wood on top right molding on top of cabinet. Split and separation to molding on bottom center of cabinet. Leaded glass door is difficult to open and close and sticks against wood. Three loose pieces of molding and glue block are separated but present. White paint drips to back of cabinet. Staining and discoloration to shelves on interior. Illumination has been tested and works, with light shining dimly.
