4 Sumida ware Japanese pottery bowls. 3 with glazed rims, red paint decorated bodies and applied children figures on rims, 2 signed on the underside with incised Ryosai marks; 1 with green and blue glazed rim, unpainted body and applied monkey decoration on rim. Monkey bowl 6 1/2"W x 2 3/4"H; bowl with 2 children 6 1/2"W x 3 1/2"H. Bowl with two children 1 hand chipped and 1 hand missing.
