Count Ossip (Ossy) de Perelma (Russia / American, Florida, 1876-1950). Oil on canvas, portrait of a seated woman. Signed lower right Count Ossip de Perelma and dated 1950. 20" x 25 7/8". Later stretcher, vertical crease and cracking to paint through center, vertical scratch through feet, scratches upper left, some paint loss left of figure.
