Hazel Patterson Stuart (American, California, 1881-1968). Oil on Masonite, seascape. Signed lower right H.P. Stuart, with artist’s info on verso. 11 1/2" x 15 1/2" (with frame 15 1/2" x 19 1/2"). Scratches to frame and losses at corners.
