Lot 209:
French Renaissance Revival tiered buffet or buffet deux corps. Early 20th century. White marble top, carved demon grotesques, two drawers and two doors. Key is included. Marble is broken in two pieces. Scratches and scuffs to marble. Warping and bowing throughout construction of buffet. Crack to wood on bottom tier underneath cupboard space. Molding around inset marble is loose. Molding on bottom is loose with right side separating. Later lock mechanism to door. Lock works but doors do not shut closed. Loss to wood on left turned support. Crown of buffet is slightly warped. Repairs to molding on left bottom corner of carved back. Losses to molding around repaired section. Later brackets and hardware on back of buffet.
