Beethoven life mask, painted plaster, 9 1/2"L; Ludwig van Beethoven His Life and His Work in Pictures, Robert Bory, translated from French by Winifred Glass and Hans Rosenwald, Atlantis Books, New York and printed Fretz Brothers, Zurich, 1960. Mask chips and losses to paint throughout; book scratches and fading to cover, some fraying at corners and edges, minor toning to pages.
