Color lithograph, Kansas City 1855, Wonderful Growth of the Metropolis of the Great Southwest Kansas City, Mo. Lanward Specialty Publishing Co., Chicago, for J.H. Bauerlein & Co., Kansas City, Mo., 1887, "from old engraving owned by Nathan Greeley, Esq., Kansas City Times". 23 1/2" x 33" (with frame 35" x 44"). Toning and discoloration throughout, 11 1/2"L horizontal scratch from center to upper left, scratch lower left, creasing visible throughout, small tears center left and right and lower center, sheet appears to be cut down into image along all four sides; chips and losses to frame.
